This is handled in my app where we will work through your goals, current activity levels and then make a plan to attack.
If you have friends that want to follow the same plan... split the cost.. fine! obviously you need to consider your levels of fitness and if they are comparible!
If you truly need a kick up the arse and need me to teach you how to drink, eat, sleep, cook (yes i'm a damn good one) and hold your hand.. then obviously I can do more intensive coaching, but only apply if you're serious.
